Every child has the right to a good school environment
The child's right to a safe school environment is set out in law. When dialogue does not lead anywhere, the family has formal remedies — this chapter goes through them in the right order.
Children have a statutory right to safe schooling. If the soft approach does not stop the bullying, or is not an option, you can demand your rights from the school. If the school does not take the case seriously, the family has a range of remedies at its disposal. We will go through them here.
