Always put the child's health first

Bullying is a documented health risk. Whatever your strategy, one rule applies: the child's health comes before the case — seek professional help when it is needed.

There is no doubt that bullying can pose a serious risk to health. There is a great deal of documentation on this; here are two articles from forskning.no: “Mobbeofre har fire ganger høyere risiko for selvskading” and “Både mobberen og offeret sliter med å takle livet”.

Bullying can have very serious consequences for the child.

We are a parent-based association that wants to help children and families in bullying cases, but we are neither lawyers nor health professionals. Our advice is used at your own risk. Pay attention to the child’s health and seek professional help when it is necessary.
